Wargame with multiplayer campaign

I have a good friend with which I like to engage in MP war games. Unfortunately it is hard to get him engaged in something like WITE or WITW.

There don't seem to be many games with real MP campaigns there. We are looking for MP campaigns in which both sides carry over their losses/main forces or at least certain point/strategy advantages into the next battle/scenario. It does not have to be too hardcore, Panzer Corps is fine.

The only thing that comes to mind so far are Close Combat and Wargame Eugen's Wargame.

We are looking for other suggestions. Are there any?

Certainly! CTGW is excellent for "head-on matches", not overly complicated, fun to play, forum active and helpful. There's plenty of MP matches in progress right now, also there is a new patch major patch due out any day now, going from 1.60 beta (best yet) to official 1.62.

There are also the AGEOD games to check out. Although that style of game engine is not for everyone, those games cover a wide range of history and offer MP campaigns.
