High for today (at Midnight) was 66. It is now 46 and accelerating downward... They are calling for 1-6 inches of snow overnight. Dang you NoDak!
I heard something like a 40-degree drop in temp for your neck of the woods!

It was an interesting drive from Tampa. From 75 degrees(F) to 20 with snow. My dad says I'm lucky. In Maine he's got 8 feet of the stuff in his yard and he'd love to see 20 again! [:D]

Beautiful 75 here today, but temps dropping steadily all night and all day tomorrow. Rain all day tomorrow, but at least they are predicting no ice or snow for now...

We did that driving back from Florida after Christmas. When we got to Kentucky, our mileage took a dive when the winter blend fuel showed up.

Hmmm, another reason to live down here. More miles per gallon. [;)]

Good morning all. -12F. -25F wind chill. Suppose to be 22F today. Spring has arrived.[:)]
Yes winter mileage stinks. 160 miles a fill vs. 260 miles in the summer.

Isn't this March? Louisville got hit with a foot of snow last night. 30 miles south in Lebanon Junction almost 2 feet,Interstate 65 shut down with motorists stranded 12-14 hours. National Guard and Red Cross deployed.
Odd seeing the local news caster on PBS News Hour.
And tonight the temp is dropping to almost 10 below.
Has North Dakota lost some of it's local charm and let it wander far from home?

I almost feel guilty. Got home before the roads got bad last night, office was closed today (only fourth time in 13 years) and I got to spend the day with WITP.

Blame Schanilec, he sends all that crap down our way as he is jealous of the nice weather we have all the time.

Up this way, march snowstorms aren't that uncommon.

They tend to be the wet, heavier stuff.

Daughter's birthday today. Going to an indoor trampoline / laser tag center. Another 'opportunity' for dad to blow out some important tendons and ligaments in his knees! Stay tuned, kiddos! [:D]

My poor WU has been working 12-14 hour days for a week now. Should have picked an easier career. [:(]
