Wow! What a week!

Went to San Antonio, TX for Spring break with the kids. Spent three solid days looking at houses. Put in an offer on one Friday night and we're in the final stages of negotiation today. It'll probably be accepted. [8D]

Had an open house here yesterday on our home in Minnesota. Tremendous activity with 15 couples coming through in a little over two hours. One couple is writing us an offer tonight and there may be another 1-2 offers within the next 24 hours. [8D]

There's a new official patch for my favorite / the best wargame of all time! [8D]

The weather is turning warmer (on average) and Spring is just around the corner. [8D]

Livin's good folks. Know why? Clean livin'. That's right-clean livin'. No filthy derogatory forced INPs for me. [;)]

My kid hardly put any thought into that marriage license thing.  On top of that, his birth certificate went AWOL after he went into USAF.  He'll be swing through Superior to get a new one.
