Synth Oil Bug

One of the two German Synth Oil plants do not produce properly - or better it says the resource cannot be locally saved, and does not show into the Production Planning.
I suspected - for how I am a pagan of the coding - that the hex itself is not defined with rail, even if the graphic shows so. But I tried to rail a HQ there, and works smoothly, thus that is not the case.
What is most strange is that the other Synth Oil plant just closeby it works finely (as the Production Planning reveals, Germany owns only 3 Oil Resources, 2 of them "on map" and 1 being a Synth plant when 2 have been built.).

Also is there a way to fix that via editing the current match somehow?

Just save and reload the game and it should work.

I can't find a bug either with this game. Can you check and confirm if reloading the game fixes this for you too? Thanks.

This bug occurred to me, too. I posted a new thread with my saved game files...

And then after reloading my saves, it fixed itself, and I now see why this thread was buried so deep.
