How can I increase the Prep Points of my Amphib TFs? As it stands, they are sitting at 5 PPs. What do I need to do?

Amphib TFs increase Prep Points while in a port and stacked with an eligible invasion force. The larger the port, the more Prep Points you will accumulate each turn for both the invasion force and the Naval Amphib unit.

Eligible invasion forces are a maximum of two units stacked with the Amphib TF. The units can be any regiments/brigades or infantry divisions.
