Just to be clear, the thing I'm complaining about here is that I cannot possibly see the contents of this description box. I can't scroll further upwards. The description pushes into screenspace that doesn't exist and becomes quite inaccessible at this resolution. I can play the game because I damn well know what the techs do but if I didn't, how on Earth would this help me find out?
