Interesting article. On the same page was a link to a story about the Russians canceling an art show consisting of WWII photos of action on the western front by British & US combat photographers.

After introduction of the additional tanks, Bundeswehr will poses 6 operational battalions with 264 Leopards 2, plus 56 tanks in training units. According to the UN, there are still 668 Leopards 2 in the storages across Germany.
