No mouse wheel scrolling in the scenario selection menu?

No mouse wheel scrolling in the scenario selection menu?

That is pretty standard nowadays to have mouse wheel scrolling through long lists, and the scenario selection box would really benefit from that.

I put this on my list of improvements to look into. We support mousewheel in the main game and so it may not be hard to add code for the scenario list.
