Sale price of Civil War II

I probably know the answer, but I will ask anyway.

I see in the store that CVII is listed on sale as $31.99USD and the addon is on sale as $9.99.

When I go to actually but them, only the add on is coming up with the sale price.

Is this a glitch or can I get it for the $31.99?

I was wondering the same. For 31.99, it would be an instant buy for me.

I'll confirm this tomorrow in the office, but as far as I know CW II is not on sale.
The real price is the one in the checkout.

Normally I can take things in stride, but this has happened now twice in one week.

First, I get an email that one plane I want from DCS is on sale. Of course that was just a typo.

Now, I work to get the better half to agree to the sale price on CWII and that is a mistake also.

This has not been a good month.

Civil War II is not on sale and the prices all look correct to me. $39.99 for the base game. $19.99 for the expansion and $49.98 if you buy them together. Where exactly do you see a different price?

I can see a bug where it suggests the CW price is discounted and there seems to be bug making a sale icon appear but the price it shows is correct. We'll get the sale icon bug looked in to as its generated by the system. Sorry if this is what caused the confusion.

I've just heard the support desk has other similar issues where the price appears wrong so we are looking in to it urgently. The price in the shopping cart is always right if in doubt so sorry for any confusion. We're working on this ASAP. It all worked yesterday... why do things break

Guys it is now fixed. It was a cache issue. The server had cached some bad data and we've cleared the cache and all is working as intended now. Sorry for the problems and if you spot any issues please let us know. Hopefully the changes are worth it - we'll let you know more information soon!
