Operations Report not updated sometimes

I'm playing as Allies. Usually my opponent sends both the combat replay and the game save at once and everything is fine. Occasionally, he will send me the combat replay right away so I can see what happened while he plays out his half of the turn, and I get the save file a bit later. In these cases, sometimes everything is fine, but sometimes the operations report does not get updated, so when I get the save all information is current except the operations report is a repeat of the previous turn's report. What causes this, and can it be stopped?

Are you watching the turn completely through to teh end? Sometimes if I don't let the replay finish i don't get the current reports.

I have the same problem nobody offered up anything to help though. Thankfully it doesn't happen frequently.

I have found that if you play the Combat Replay, before you move the orders save from your opponent to the game save file, the operations report will not populate. That has happened every time I didn't move both files at the same time. To sum up, Wait for both files and move them at the same time. Better for your sanity....GP
