Germany fly no air support. Will France?

Germany can counter-intercept with two FTR2 and two FTR3.

Land from everyone except the neutrals.

The French try a ground strike southeast of Lille.
The British try the same west of Antwerp.

Do the Germans want to intercept?

Germany intercepts the French bomber with two Bf-109. Use the one from Antwerp and the one West of Aachen.

If they survive, land them in the hexes they flew from.

Germany align Hungary. (no US reaction)

Italy take a combined impulse while Germany and Japan take a land.

Germany port strike Plymouth. CW, however, has enough surprise points so the combat is avoided.

Italy concentrate their submarine forces to the Cape St Vincent but they fail to find any targets.

Italy bomb Marseilles while Japan bomb Sian, but the result is disappointing.

No ground strikes.

The Italian Exploration Army follow the Great Rift Valley and advance into Kenya.

The Italian Army begin to advance into Tunisia and capture the minor port Gabes.

Japan capture the minor port Foochow.

Germany assault Strasbourg and Luftwaffe provide some ground support.

The odds is 2:1 for the attack on Strasbourg. Will France select assault or blitz?

I take it there was no chance of destroying the bomber with increased AA fire?

Not really. A 10 is needed to destroy a land based bomber, so with the best AA table used, 5 tens needed to be rolled in a row in order to destroy the bomber. So I was to lazy to bother.

Germany fail to capture Strasbourg with a small margin. A 5 was needed to capture the city but the die show a 4. [:@]
