New Caledonia Becoming German

Hello - - Just finished “Vichy’ing” France and its Territories. Had to re-flag the French CL in New Cal (to British). Funny . . . New Cal is showing as German / Nazi Germany . . . Can this happen? Didn’t see anything ref this in the Rules as Coded (original printed version). Thanks, Don.

Did Germany, or Axis, control any hexes in New Caledonia. Did they have any units there?

Another possibility is that not only all minors were conquered or went Vichy, maybe New Caledonia went Vichy. Are we sure it is showing as German controlled, not Vichy controlled?

But then the CL should have gone Vichy, so it seems something is off kilter here.
