Questions for players with PBEM++ Issues

Please only answer if your PBEM game is having problems.

1. Which version did your PBEM game start with?
2. Have you or your opponent upgraded to a new version during the game - if so, which version?
3. If you or your opponent upgraded, did the problems start after the upgrade or exist beforehand?
4. Which scenario (exact variant) are you playing?
5. Have you received any error messages when uploading or receiving files, if so can you report the exact error message?
6. Are you experiencing any issues with single player games as well? If so, have you tried a reinstall of the game in case something corrupted your installation? Did these problems also start after an upgrade?
7. Have you tried to start a new PBEM game with both players on the same version (no mid-game upgrades) and if so have you still had issues?
8. If your game is currently having issues, please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your PBEM++ login and password and ask your opponent to do the same. This will allow us to investigate your game in detail and see what may be happening with the game files on the server.

Hi Erik,

This q may prove my carbine is missing an essential bolt, but, does "Multiplayer" allow for more than 2 players to start up a BAB battle?

(I have yet to try any PBEM game as I am just now trying to finish a first reading of the e-manual).

Hopefully, allowing more than 2 players to join in a PBEM game can become a BAB reality - assuming it isn't already.

1) 1.01
2) Yes, 1.02
3) After the upgrade, before we played 3 turns without problems
4) 1st Manassas standard scenario
5) no errors, the game crash when I hit "end turn"
6) yes, problem solved after a new installation
7) no with the same opponent, I made a quick test with Zakblood playing 5 turns with no problems, version 1.02
8) email sent to ericbabe, just asked to my opponent to do the same

Playing the 1.03 the problem seems resolved, I will post again if something wrong will happen again.
