V1.08.03Beta is available for testing

Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: The German-Soviet War 1941-1945 is a turn-based World War II strategy game stretching across the entire Eastern Front. Gamers can engage in an epic campaign, including division-sized battles with realistic and historical terrain, weather, orders of battle, logistics and combat results.

The critically and fan-acclaimed Eastern Front mega-game Gary Grigsby’s War in the East just got bigger and better with Gary Grigsby’s War in the East: Don to the Danube! This expansion to the award-winning War in the East comes with a wide array of later war scenarios ranging from short but intense 6 turn bouts like the Battle for Kharkov (1942) to immense 37-turn engagements taking place across multiple nations like Drama on the Danube (Summer 1944 – Spring 1945).

This is normal. Since 1.08.02 FBD 5 is delayed to 1942 (historical date of arrival).

Where are the list of captured equipment, it used to be in the production screen. Have I missed something or has it been moved?

Click on country name. Then look at the bottom of production list (scroll down to the very end).

Things are very quiet on the Beta Front...

Is there a new build coming out soon? Just trying to stir up some conversation on a slow day where I'd rather be at home playing WitE!

The patch is advanced, complete feature-wise, but it requires a lot of work on scenarios, as we want to improve them and fix long present issues.
Some nice things are coming along with the patch :)

Why give ETA only to disappoint? The last few steps are usually out of my control, so I can't guarantee any delivery date. It's best to become WitE beta tester to get w.i.p. patch early [:)]

I wish to start a new and long term game, but will be fine to know approximately when. I'm not asking about final delivery date, just to know days, weeks or maybe more then one or two months needed to published the new patch.

I know I'll regret this, but I think two months is on the safe side.

Can we get some hints as to whats being worked on/changed??

Been playing this game abit more on and off again...just started a 41 vs the comp and im finding with comp at +10% im only about at historical gains so far if not abit behind....Still trying to figure out how Pelton gets Riga first turn as I got stopped cold there by the comp for several turns. I messed up my rail lines pretty bad at the start though to as its been awhile since I played a 41 german game lol...forgot all those constuction engineers need to working on rails and moved my HQs to far forward so took a couple turns for me to move them back to get all the rails going.

All in all I do feel the game is playing much more realistic now than a year or so ago.
