Its a big campaign - 18 battles straight unless you lose and branch off during the fighting to other locations then it could be more or less battles. :D :D

You'll begin out in the Steppe's in July 1942 heading for Stalin's City and you'll either end up helping to relieve Stalingrad :D

or be trapped in the pocket. :(

One thing is for sure - you'll learn the craft of street fighting!! :D ;)

Well , I love to have my flanks protected by buildings.. :)
I hope this campaign will introduce me into a better acknowledgement about the events and locations of that cruel battle...
18 battles UAU ..a very intense involving in it !
A good idea to have it ready in SPWaw5.0 !

note for RUXIUS

Several years back I read a book written by a Italian participant involved in the battle at the breakthough North of Stalingrad. Italy had their army involved and it appears that one of the Russian breakthoughs happened thru their lines. To put things in more proper prospective, the Italian army was not properly equipped for the winter, they were under supplied, and they did not have proper ammunition for the second rate guns they were equipped with. Mainly hand me downs. However, it was an eye opener as the Italian army went thru a slaughter themselves because of the Russian onslaught, weather and starvation. I will try and find the name of book and the author and relay to you. I found it at one of the local libraries. Previously , I thought it was only the Hungarians whose line collapsed under the onslaught.

P.S. Now if I can only find an interpreter to decipher your dispatches.

We not only have the NA Campaign and 170 scenarios we will get the Stalingrad Campaign!! I can't wait!!!

And if you guys haven't played Marauder's scenarios before - they are always tough - ALWAYS!! I have a feeling that after the campaign - I will feel like I have been there!!
