Graphics Issue

I recently changed computers, and downloaded Scourge of War. The download appears stable, but when I start the program, none of the captions appear on the splash screen. The program will respond to a click in the appropriate box, e.g. when I click on the bottom banner, I am able to exit the program. I've tried to randomly select a scenario, but none of the game titles appear on the selection screen. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 Video Card with an HP LED V2h2h monitor. Any suggestions on how to fix?
