Was this an advance move (= the 1 hex move into the enemy's hex after attacking) or a normal move?

After replaying the scenario (easy difficulty), I can say it was an advance move (= the 1 hex move into the enemy's hex after attacking).




If I do that advance move then the canon is unusable for me !
