Hmmm - when would that be in Eastern Time? I guess we'll have to go with Matrix Time - which - I think - would be Eastern Time right now and as of 2am April First that will be Daylight Savings Time.

When the TIME comes - I'll go down the list and find the first person with the closest time and date - that person will be the winner. Again - early morning is not a proper time - it has to be a specific time.
