1.4.0.0 Para Loss Bug

Here the GE jumped on the hex SW of Brussels, but failed to clear it. They take one loss, the FR two. The game wants me to select another unit in addition to the PARA. I was under the impression that the PARA loss counted toward the combat loss requirement, and I did not need to destroy another unit. Is this correct?
