I think the equipment appearing at the HQs (like the SMGs in Webizens report) are due to RETURNED TROOPS from units.
Remember if for example a unit starts with:
10 smg
10 rifle
1 mortar
1 mg
and you change it to a model with say:
30 rifle
3 mg
then it will return to HQ:
10 smg
1 mortar
you can see the RETURN statistics in the LOG-> R-IN and LOG-> R-OUT tabsheets.

I'm also still seeing excessive cost for new officers.
You started this game with version K right?
If so I really need some help here on what exact behaviour is causing the spikes in the PP cost of the leaders? Cause I am having a hard time in reproducing this error (as in i do not succeed to reproduce).

After playing a couple of test random games I'd say the ability to save or export/import your TO&E templates is #1 on my wish list.

I have tried to duplicate the issue I reported and have not succeeded as yet.

I sent a couple of save game files from a current test game. I've also tried to duplicate this behavior in a controlled test game. So far it has not manifested the condition again. In both cases I was/am using the K version I believe.

Well remember that these features are still BETA.
It is quite complicated code going on so please keep testing and lets make sure we catch all and any issues

Windows 8.1 Pro on a Surface Pro 3: Repeatable issue with Leo version (2.20L):
1) Create an HQ template with staff sft-type.
2) Construct a new 'HQ+Leader'
3) Apply HQ template: the leader disappears

TOE is great but I can't do it without new dawn.
I tried it with other scenarios (NEW_WAW_PUBLIC_BETA) but when it is implemented to scenario it works only during my turn.
When it's AI turn - it's CTD. Always.
PS: Another issue: is there a way to let TOE not change units names? I like historical names, but it removed them to 1st MODEL NAME.

I had a weird issue, yesterday playing. I had my main HQ for one regime, and somehow the people group changed to another regimes people group. So I had to disband all that I had created and start over in production, so far this has not happened again. I think it all begin when I was attempting to create a new HQ in the TO&E

and uploaded version M tackling all these 3 issues.
Make sure to install the newdawn3.at2 file as well as the new .exe
The reasons for the continued PP increase for commanders was that I did not ship the propper newdawn3.at2 in previous builds.

for the moment this feature is only for New Dawn v3 games.
Feel free to copy and paste the CTD detailed text though.

I DLed the file in the OP and when I start ATG these are the options I have that I can load. Which one should I load? So far I can't get the counters to appear in the TOE chooser. [:(]

If you manually installed the files/folders in the correct locations, just hit cancel or select 0 and the main screen should load with an option to use the anewdawn3 file.
