Nanchang - Supply?

Can someone please explain why the 4-3 Nationalist Chinese Infantry near Nanchang are "Out of Supply"?
Shouldn't Nanchang be a supply source? They are within two hexes of Nanchang in Rain.

Didn't it start the game controlled by the Japanese? If so that's your issue. Supply sources are unuseable if controlled by the other side at any point in a game turn.

Oh gosh, you are right...I went back to start of game and saw that Japan did control it.

I guess that's what happens when you play one turn over several days, you forget these things.

I suppose next time I will just trust the supply sources list.
