Loading while moving through a port?

Is the ability to move a naval transport through a port and pick up a unit implemented. I can get the transport to port and load the unit, but when I try to continue to move I get the message that there is no more range (4-4 CW transport).

No it is a reported bug and hopefully nearing the top of the list to be worked on.
