Spreadsheet Import?

Is there a way to import data from a spreadsheet into the game? Meaning I want to do a major overhaul of all SFT's and instead of going into the statistics tab for each SFT (Rifle, I, II, II IV) etc. Is there a way to populate all of the items without the million clicks?
