Interface Colour Theme

Post by pandoraefretum »

Is there a way of changing the interface colours for the drop down menus, menu bar, status bar etc. ?
My status bar is an off-white, and a less bright colour would be easier on the eye.

Could a Themes (Like Aegis in H2 or light text on dark background) Menu option be added to Cmano ?

I have tried playing around with a few windows interface options and none of them seemed to impact the Command interface.

I wanted this too. Light text on a dark background theme will be a great addon to the simulator.

The screens onboard the newest Virginia-class subs can be a nice theme. Dark screens, white letters, grey icons and some colorful details.

The devs can make something like this?

I think that it's not a priority but, would be nice have a modern UI.
For Promo events, display CMANO in big Displays with the Virginia UI theme surely will be amazing.

Agreed, and I don't think a "Themes" option would take long, nor be difficult to program.

Yeah we'd like to do more with it too. As we grow hopefully we'll have more time and resources to pursue this.

While $10 isn't much, I can live with the current interface for free. But it is something cool I never thought of before so thanks.

Haha. The entire sub is built for that. Ahead of schedule and under budget. Bang for your tax bucks. And yes, I realize it was a joke.
