I will probably try out Windows 10 shortly; does 2by3 or Matrix anticipate that this will interfere with their games in any way?

I have no issues getting it to load on my windows surface pro running the latest windows 10 build. I haven't actually played it on the surface as the screen doesn't work well with the UI. Stuff off screen that I cant get to.

as i now have the game and have tested it with 2 builds of windows 10 beta (latest home and pro versions, using the latest none beta and beta release version of the game, i can say it works flawlessly with it with no difference from windows 8.1[;)]
