can join a friends room but can not join in the stagging room just get the message "could not connect to server"

Has the host put in Port forwarding rules in his firewall (usually in the router)? If not, that is possibly why you can't connect.

its not a pogram that blocks it, i think i need to port forward , but what is the Ports for the game ?

Port 31791 UDP.

Note - only the HOST needs to set this up, anyone joining a hosted game does not normally need to do this. Suggest that if you receive connection error messages when you are connecting to HOST IP, then the HOST has not setup port forwarding correctly.

this is still looking like the host has a port forward issue, considering you are able to connect to the remote nat server
