Informations in unit pictures

Hello everybody,

i would like to ask you a question. (Maybe a dumb one.) In my last battles i've sometimes seen numbers underlayed with red or blue boxes in the unit information screen. (as shown in the attachment below) Sadly i'am not able to figure out what these percentage values are standing for. Consulting the manual twice an using google to find out whats their meaning is brings up no results. Can you help me? Many thanks in advance! [:)]

In red you find combat modifiers to your troops in attack. In blue you find combat modifiers in defense. In green you find overstacking negative penalties of aircraft.

These can pop-up in rare circumstances like rain turns and after playing leader action cards (new dawn).
