command radius bug?

This may be a bug or my lack of rules understanding.
Playing the Rhino scenario, see the enclosed screen shot.
B/Scots DG is noted as being out of command radius, which is true, but A/Scots DG is not noted as out of command radius but by my observation it also is out of command. Next post will have screen shot showing A/Scots DG in command.

Bug or not ?

I've noticed this issue too. I thought that if units lose readiness due to a intense combat, their command chain could be interrupted. So the question is: can unit be out off command range ( red color in the OOB tree ), while being in the command radius of the HQ?

Can you post the same game file from that spot so that we can look at it.

There is no bug here. The a/Scots are a recon unit (refer to the UDP) and the B/Scots are not. The recon unit is never "out of command", one of the perks of being a recon unit, so A is okay and B is beyond the next higher HQ's command radius.

All is working as designed.

In this case 2/3/6th is a recon units and it's within a command range, yet it's listed as out off command range.

Can you show that unit in question (2/3/6th) in the UDP (highlight it on the map)?

My guess since he is in R&R is the unit is low on ammo, ready or morale, but we'll see that in the UPD info.

Yes, the unit is low on everything after an intense combat. When the unit resuplied at 0943hrs, it didn't resupply to 100% ( as it is the case with units out of command range ).
