French Ship Caught in Baltic

Suicide ship attaching German convoy got locked in the Baltic when Denmark was taken. If there isn't a port for the ship to go to it is destroyed. Doesn't ask and can delete it.

This is the trick I learned for the exact same situation:
During return to base, you can select/grab the ship, and then press the backspace key to destroy the ship.
