Solved - Can't use Download file

Just Bought the game, downloaded the file from the e-mail link and can't even begin to install the game.

ScourgeOfWar-Waterloo-v100.exe was the file downloaded. When I click on it it gives me the following message:

This version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you are running. Check your computer's system information to see whether you need an X86(32-bit) or X64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher..

Running Windows 7 64 bit OS.

Any Idea as to what is going on or a fix??

Don't bother trying Blusnap about their link, they'll pass it off to Matrix...

not sure but if you're getting that message straight up it may be the exe file corrupted during download. Delete the file and try downloading again

I have and it still does the same thing, am trying almost everything I know to make it work. Also have support tickets in to the developer...

wow I downloaded it with the same specs as the op.....worked great..but that was last week...

Try turning off your anti virus...and rel try the Dload

We will look into this and get back to you ASAP. Did deleting the file and redownloading fix it for any of you (i.e. was it a corrupt download?)

Got a message from Slitherine:

I'm sorry you are having problems with your game. There was an issue with the
install file yesterday which has now been resolved.

They gave me a link to use, and it downloaded and worked great.
