Nightfighters air swap to non night fighters

I'm playing german and got all those nightfighter squadrons a few turns ago. Two of them then changed to Me410's, and I don't know if I can change them back.

I think it was the Bf110 NF versions both times that swapped.

A change in the swap routines regarding night figthers is probablyt needed.

Version you are playing?
Please state the air unit names that switched.
Note - Bf 110G-2 is a fighter-bomber, the NF is the Bf 110 G-4. G-2 to Me 410 would be valid, G-4 to Me 410 not.

I can see a rule where it allows "ZG" units to switch between night fighters and fighter bombers.

Please disable this rule. Although many ZGs were converted to NJGs this wasn't possible without several months of training.
