Scenarios missing

I recently installed SoW Gettysburg using my NorbSoftDev license. The 1.50 install went okay except it couldn't verify the license through NorbSoftDev. I used the procedure on their forum to download the Matrix update 1.61. That version accepted my license and supposedly activated the game. However, their are no scenarios.

In Sandbox mode it shows nothing in the list. You can choose size of force and leader and that is it.
In Single Player mode choosing Tutorials gets you two playable tutorials (Regiment/Brigade one and Corps one).

In the file system for the game I don't see any scenarios.

Has it failed to activate?
Do I need to download scenarios from some where else?
