International Orders

Post by Paul Vebber »

If you have been quoted outrageous shipping please try it again. USPS Global PRiority GUARRENTEED rates were appearing not USPS Global Priority whenever it gets there rates. These are less that half the Guarenteed rate, for instance it quoted me 7.70US$ to Canada, $26.00US$ to Australia and 20.50US$ to Nepal.

We are trying to avoid the use of untracked shipping methods - it causes a lot of problems we are not staffed to deal with and disappointment on your end when products never show up.

Paul,

I'm bit lost.
Where should I check this new (cheaper) costs from ?
If I go and look into the "shipping and handling" and then clik on the "Global Priority" link, this is still leading me to the "Global Express Guaranteed" page...

If you are talking about the link in the Shipping and Handle section on Matrix Games.... that was only to be there for tracking your order once it was placed and shipped. Once you order the game it will show you the proper choices and costs.

Txs Dave for yr prompt reply.
I was referring to the link shown in the STEP 1 ("Ordering Options").
I've tryed to go and see in the "Order our games here" (Step 4),but it seems it doesnt work at the moment: I've not been able to enter the page, despite several attempts, and I've always got this: "HTTP 500,server internal error" :(

The problem is that the "shipping and handling" step is a bit confusing, its to let you know shipping and handling POLICY not calculation of Shipping and Handling charges - you need to order something before it can tell you that.

If you go to step 4 and load something in your "cart" and hit the "shipping info" button and fil lout your information then it will give you two ro three choices for shipping cost (usually Global Express and Global Express Guarenteed, the former being the cheaper).

I believe teh step 4 page is offline while we work withthe e-commerce folks to adjust the shipping charges to better refect the weight of multiple items.

Sorry for the cross post - I didn't see this thread when I posted earlier.

I'm stationed in Europe - but can't seem to get my APO address recognized.

Will APO's be added as a US destination soon?
