Captured Cities Only Produce PP

For some reason, when I capture an enemy city, I can only product PP or resources. Can someone explain how I can start producing other units with them?

Unless the city is of your own people group all a captured city can produce are PPs and limited amounts of resources. This is the single biggest change from the original AT game and is probably the biggest factor in making ATG a better game.

There is a tech you can allow in editor that allows supply to be produced also.

You can use those PP to build a factory XD.

As Webizen notes, only your own people group/ethnic group. So if you're Kiev nation, Moscow nation's Russian cities will also help manufacture your weapons of war.

For this reason if there is another same-ethnic group nation as mine, I make my strategy to take their cities as soon as possible. (If only to raise my total possible supply cap.)
