Do attack values change?

Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. Do attack values change?

I have an infantry unit with an attack value of 15.

Over time the unit takes some losses. Does the attack value reduce to say 14 and then 13 etc etc ?

yes and also depending on a unit supply and readiness levels.

Check the counter numbers. Just for moving the unit values are gonna drop.
