I found it, it was database slot 229, Admiralen Batch II.

EDIT: Ok, fixed that Data Base error.
If you re-download the scenario it will automatically ask if you want to update an ongoing game.
AI games will ask when you start your next turn.
say Yes to update and everything will go on from that point corrected.
