[UPDATED DB v440]
I think the gun director sensor on the LCSs should be AN/KAX-2 (SeaFLIR III+) instead of the generic sensor.

I would like to add it to LCS but need to know if it also includes a jammer element [8D]
The Burke had the first system installed for operational testing (yes?), but need to know what date the system will be installed in large numbers.
I can't give you any solid numbers on exactly how many vessels SEWIP Block II will be backfitted on, but since SEWIP Block II reached full-rate production mid-2015 and low rate production since 2013, all new USN destroyers and carriers being built/outfitted (DDG-113 and up, CVN-78 and up) should be installed with them. Since the USS Bainbridge was the testing ship for the Block II I think it will keep it on too.
From: defensesystems/com/Articles/2014/12/09/Navy-Next-Generation-Jammer-delayed.aspx?m=1&Page=2
"The CNO’s Position Report also noted that Block 2 upgrades for the Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program, or SEWIP, were delivered this year, with installations started on DDG-51 class ships. CNO said full-rate production is expected in mid-2015."
The carrier version of SEWIP Block II will be the AN/SLQ-32B(V)6, as referenced in the below link.
fbo.gov/index?s=opportunity&mode=form&id=0c2cddcd85d2b4 /6 /1 /0 /9 /6baecf6 /3 /7 /8 /3 /3d9&tab=core&_cview=1
To my knowledge they do have plans to retrofit current LCSs with the Low RCS version of SEWIP (AN/SLQ-32C(V)6) before 2019 along with a long list of other upgrades, and the full rate production contract (above link) indicates that they will contract to build ALL Block II variants (CVN, DDG, LCS), so like like the Burke class they will probably fit all LCSs being outfitted (LCS-7 and up) with the Block II. Like the USS Bainbridge, the USS Freedom served as the testing ship for the AN/SLQ-32C(V)6, so in the DB is should be listed as already backfitted
From: military/com/daily-news/2015/03/04/navy-plans-to-expand-speed-up-lcs-modifications.html?ESRC=dod-bz.nl
"Navy Secretary Ray Mabus told lawmakers Wednesday that the service hopes to expand and speed up modifications to its fleet of Littoral Combat Ships so that technological upgrades slated for a new variant of the ship are retrofitted onto the existing fleet before 2019."
As for the Active Jammimg on the Block II, it's indicated to have it, but I can't anything that directly says that. Block III is the big electronic attack Block, but when they talk about it they say it will Improve existing jamming, not add Jamming capability altogether. Based off this and the fact they had active SLQ-32 jamming in the late 80s, I believe the Block II will have a Jammer element.
From: news/usni/org/2015/02/12/navy-awards-sewip-block-iii-contract-northrop-grumman
“The SEWIP Block 3 will include improvements for the electronic attack by providing integrated countermeasures against radio frequency-guided threats and extending frequency range coverage. The Block 3 will be installed on surface combatants that have the existing active version of the SLQ-32,” reads a description from the service.
From: janes/com/article/50279/update-northrop-grumman-selected-to-provide-sewip-block-3-for-usn-ships
"SEWIP Block 3 extends the EW suite to include EA capability improvements"
I posted this on the last page- it would be reasonable to assume that both ESM and ECM should see some improvements from modern circuit boards, new antennas and new software. Block III should have the much improved ECM stats.SEWIP Block 2 is described as an upgrade, but it’s more like a major home renovation. It replaces the old SLQ-32 receivers and antennas with modern digital technologies, adding new capability, flexibility, and signal processing muscle. Block 2 also modifies the software, creating a single, unified interface to the combat system in place of multiple interfaces to individual components of the combat system. This makes future upgrades simpler, and may also have the effect of improving performance. Lockheed Martin’s ICEWS materials touted under 200ms end-to-end latency, a low false alarm rate, and good high-pulse throughput for cluttered environments.
Edit: Hey thanks for adding V6!

According to Jane's All the World's Aircraft, typical loadouts were...
(with a crew of two)
2 x Matra MAC AAF1 7.62mm gun pods
or
2 x 50 kg. bombs
or
2 x Matra F2 launchers, each with six 68 mm SNEB 253 rockets
or
2 x Simpres AL 9-70 launchers, each with nine 2.75-inch FFAR rockets
or
2 x Simpres AL 18-50 launchers, each with 18 two-inch SNIA ARF/8M2 rockets
or
2 x Alkan 20AP cartidge throwers for Lacroix 74mm explosive cartridges, flare cartridges, or F.13 smoke cartridges
or
(with a crew of one)
2 x 120-kg bombs
I hope this helps.
RE: Stickied thread for minor database issues?
Additional information for the SIAI-Marchetti SF.260. Along with the SF.260W versions ("Warrior"), the TP version had two hardpoints, too. Apparently, the B version was a civilian version of the M version (the unarmed military trainer), the C version was an updated version of that, and the TP version was an updated version of the C, with a turboprop engine, and hardpoints. (I'm guessing the idea was to let pilots train with live ammunition, but I'm sure some of these got used in combat, too.)
See http://www.siai-marchetti.nl/sf260.html for details, and http://www.worldmilitair.com/production/sf260.htm for what appears to be a list of the countries that got the various W and TP versions. It looks like Zambia, Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso, Ireland (!), Comoros, Libya, Burundi, Haiti (!), Brunei, Chad, Ethiopia, Tunisia, and the UAE all got at least a few of the armed versions. A popular little plane!
I hope this helps.

Okay seems the armed SF.260s only served from the mid-1970s to early 1980s, and were de-armed and used as trainers only:

Do you still need this type for your scenario?

I'm working on a scenario involving the Sadanistas, and need the following for their Air Force. "Beginning in 1982, the Sandinistas received from Libya the Italian-made SF-260A trainer/tactical support aircraft and the Czechoslovakian Aero L-39 Albatros, a subsonic jet trainer that could be missile-armed for close-in air defense." from Wikipedia. A Fokker 100, AN-2, and AN-26 would also be nice but not as required as the 1st two

[NOT ENOUGH INFO]
It appears the Royal Navy uses the DLF-3 inflatable decoy in on its Type 23s and possibly Type 45s. I've had a look through the database and I can see it's already in game, but I'm not sure which platform it's launched from.

Yes, please. The same source points out that the SF.260 was used in a variety of small conflicts around the world, everything from Sri Lanka to Burkina Faso. (Libya, it says, is still using them against smugglers.) Even when no weapons were put on them they were probably used for observation purposes. Certainly, a bunch have been shot down in combat!
Because the weapons are all "dumb," I suspect any version could have used any of the available loadouts. This is a very bare bones kind of attack aircraft, meant for low intensity conflicts. It could even plausibly end up in the hands of rebels or terrorists because it can take off from short runways and does not need the kind of support infrastructure you need for, say, an F-16. In fact, with the number out there, it would not be surprising if some now in private hands ended up in criminal or rebel hands.
I don't want this one for just one scenario. This little plane is an idea factory.

I think Supreme 2.0 has ninja'd me on this one.

I did find this...

...which shows a chart for weapons for the M311, which is described as a "modernized and uprated version of the SIAI Marchetti S.211/Aermacchi S-211." You have to scroll down to find the chart, but it shows four hard points on the wings and a central hardpoint, and various things that can be attached to them.
I hope this helps.
Thanks again for all your work on this.

The Hämeenmaa is the current flagship of the Finnish navy, and would be a useful addition to the mine warfare model in Command.
Additionally, to the last request, of special note is the Wolei class minelayer. Now operated by the Chinese MSA, this (the 918 is the only ship of her class) is the PRC's only operational dedicated minelayer.
Ships are already there but need info on the actual mines to add the racks.

The USS South Dakota (SSN-790), a Block III Virginia-class submarine is being fitted with some prototype upgrades that will increase sonar performance and reduce the acoustic signature of the sub.
From: defensetech/org/2014/10/24/navy-makes-submarines-quieter-more-stealthy/
"The Navy is outfitting a prototype Virginia-class attack submarine platform with a series of upgrades designed to improve sonar detection and make boats less detectable and more stealthy. "
"The work includes the addition of a large vertical array, special coating materials for the exterior of the submarine and special noise-reduction technologies for the engine room, Rear Adm. Joe Tofalo, director, submarine warfare, said Oct. 23 at the Naval Submarine League annual symposium, Falls Church, Va."
"The innovations are being worked on the USS South Dakota, a Block III Virginia-class attack submarine, or SSN, now in development."
"The larger array will extend the detection range and provide the submarine with an improved intelligence picture regarding threats, undersea terrain and what might be operating in a given area."
"The external coating technology now being engineered onto the USS South Dakota, designed in part by the Office of Naval Research, is intended to decrease the signature of the boat by making it less detectable to enemy sensors and sonar. In addition, about a dozen special noise reduction technologies are being added to the engine room."
So I think the USS South Dakota should get its own DB unit for now with decreased active and passive sonar signatures in addition to increased sonar performance. I don't know if they are currently adding these enhancements to all the boats following the South Dakota, but the admiral in the article says they plan to.
"Tofalo said the Navy intends to implement these technical upgrades across the fleet of existing and future attack and ballistic missile submarines."
