Movement issue

I ordered a unit of french troops to enter a building at Plancenoit,there was already another unit inside the compound,the second unit would not enter and stayed line dancing at the wall.Whatever I tried I could not then move the unit,either into or away from the compound,they stayed against the wall for the rest of the scenario.

No,building was not full.In any event,surely once I ordered unit to a different location it should have eventually moved.
