I aborted every ship to Gibraltar. Game did not allowed to aborts ships to Alexandria even both East and West Med included only disorganized planes. Maybe because this impulse East Med plane was used to initiate combat? Or was it a bug?

Try saving and re-loading. It might be like that Me-110 that was in supply then wasn't, except vice versa.

Not at home but not sure you can trace a supply path through alpine.

For what I know indeed Impassable Hex cannot be used to trace supply!

Not sure of Pilot Losses, but 43 BPs lost in the '41 it's more than what Germany produces in 1 turn. That is extremely bad for them.
The Soviets are not very strong - but the scenario is '44 alike already for the Axis!
