Fred Chlanda needs our prayers

Post by Grenadier »

Fred had a stroke 5 weeks ago and just came home today. When I called his wife said he was doing better but not up to turning on the computer yet. She apologized for not being able to use E mail to notify anyone about what happened to him. Please send him best wishes for a speedy recovery. Lets flood his mailbox so he knows how we all feel about him and his invaluable contributions to the wargaming community

Ops..I am very sorry but I can't understand what a "stroke" can be (I speak a foreign language..on my dictionary there are ambiguos translations for that )
I read that 5 weeks had passed since Mr. Fred had this trouble..that is a very long period..fortunately now he is back home but it seems it will take a while for things going all right again..
So when you will read about this maybe you are back at your best working speed as usual.
I would like to tell you that I appreciated
very much that sort of 'secret power' you added to SPWAW with your programs..

Have a good health..there is still a lot of things that you can give us !!

I've asked the Korps chaplain to lead a minute of silence for Fred before we move out to engage the Tommies.

Best wishes on a speedy recovery.
