Quite interesting analysis. Thanks for taking the time to articulate this in detail!

I would add one more thing concerning naval HQ-9.
In DB TargetAltitudeMin parameter is set at 200 ft, which means it has substantial penalty against low flying ASM. While high minimum altitude engagement is a well known weakness of land-based HQ-9, as per Hongjian posts naval versions are more advanced variants related to FD-2000, which should have TargetAltitudeMin set more like other modern AAW systems.

Yep, as we can see, the FD-2000 has 25m minimum engagement altitude (about 80 feet).

Ah, and before I forget.

Please add on the 054/A, 052B/C/D ships a Band-Stand/Mineral-ME OTH targeting radar like on the Sovremenny DDGs. Upon exploring the DB, I found that they do not have these sensors, even though they do have them in reality.

You can see those domes ontop of these ship's bridges and in that coloured schematic of the 052C DDG posted above.

Thanks!

Sorry for surfacing this thread.

It seems the effort for finding more electric systems for Chinese vessels in many updates are ongoing few months ago, but still not getting at what we hoped for.

In fact, I may use this thread to post extra information regarding the current systems many Chinese warships have, as well as the missing system/platform in DB3000.

Currently I am keep looking for more ECM suites, this may save some times for my research.

Why not post them in the DB3000 update thread?

You have a point here, sadly I cannot redirect posts because I can't post link yet. I only use this for temporary reference.
