Battle of Britain DLC announced on Steam

I saw an announcement for a Battle of Britain Mod to be available through DLC on Steam.

Will this Mod be made available to those of us who bought the Matrix version?

It will be available through the in-game DLC manager, which is identical no matter where you got the game from.

I searched Steam (news for Order) but was not clever enough to find it. Can you post something here please or provide a link?
