Truk should be able to replenish air sorties by its own, AD can replenish torps for DD and cruisers - you only need AKE to replenish BB main guns.
This could require some micromanagement - keep AKE in TF to force ships replenish from the port what they can.

RE: Lessons Maybe Learned - Vicberg(J) v. Sniper(A) - DBBC - No Sniper Pls
Don´t panic in China. He is making a huge mistake by doing these attacks. There is no way he can hold the territory captured and he has already blown through a month worth of replacements. He is just burning supply for nothing.
Look for Chinese units moving and/or in clear hexes and release start hitting them from the air. Losses will be tremendous. Obvious targets are the troops exposed at Amoy and Foochow!

Wow, don't post for a while and middle of page 2 searching for your AAR. I haven't updated in a while because Are has been on a business trip.
What a Mess in China!
I won't bore with a lot of combat reports. He's been taking huge losses but so have I, though mine overall have been less. Note all the attacks. Lucky that Japanese don't celebrate Christmas because this would be a depressing one.

More Messiness
And more. Wenchow fell! That's a major pain in the side removed. But he's pretty much rolling up the coast. I have 2 BB SCTFs causing him some havoc, but they will need to move down to Singapore.

Naval Combat at Singkawang
3 Naval battles led by the Chokai on my side vs. the Houston, Marblehead and Boise on the other. 5 US DDs and the Marblehead are seriously damaged. The Chokai might not make it and is limping towards Mersing at 87 sys. The remaining parts of his SCTF are at Singkawang. I movedall my Netties either to Bangkok or Truk/Roi Namur to deal with the previous menace, which sunk the Tennessee and Maryland. 2 Netties are now back at Palembang with Torpedoes to deal with this SCTF, which also sunk a DD/AP unloading at Singkawang.

RE: Lessons Maybe Learned - Vicberg(J) v. Sniper(A) - DBBC - No Sniper Pls
This chinese aggression will not bode well for them =)
TBN, you can happily give away all of those coastal bases in south-east China except Wenchow: no supply sources + vulnerable to bombardments + garrison requirements + poor terrain = pyrric victory for chinese. You will easily gobble those bases later, just make sure he does not run naval bombing from one of those. In the meantime buy out Manchukuo tanks and roll the other brave chinese into dirt. China is a slow methodical affair
Did you stuff Palembang full of fighters? Early taking = asking for bombing campaign. I would not hesitate and pull all availagle allies 4Es to Java for this juicy target.
Edit: and maybe consider not throwing away your surface ships in risky engagements just yet. This is better done in 1943+ and you dont have many. For now Netties and CV air are kings of the seas and main deterrents
