1: I understand the 300km range limitation is for the Yakhont export version. The Russian version supposedly carries more fuel to double the range to 600km. One source suggested the Brahmos missile had the potential to become a 600km cruise missile but the fuel tank on production weapons was reduced in size.

2: Hehe okay can we do another Kalibr/Klub-series workover please? All sources give different information, would it be possible for you to compile a list of variants including their operational status and I'll add them to the database?

Have updated the Nakhimov but there is a lot of uncertainty on the number of VLS cells. Have given the ship 80 cells but the actual number could be different.

1.According to Admiral Victor Chirkov range of Onyx is "more than 400km" in Russian press widely used 450km
of course this numbers is for "old Onyx" , there is 3M55N2 version with new AESA radar ,aka "jamm resisted Onyx" or "new Onyx", but I doubt this version have increased range.Anyway Onyx just temporary solution until 1300km Tsirkon arrive , there is not much sense in hiding actual data about this missile, so I think data from Admiral Chirkov is true.

2.well, as for Kalibr/Klub

3M54E/3M54T(3M54K for container variant) - is subsonic AShM from Klub/Kalibr family with supersonic second stage , Russian Navy see this as "mobilisation missile" in Kalibr-K container launcher and main AShM launched from submarines torpedo tubes,missile have radar ARGS-54 with range 65km, have range 220 km

3M54E1/3M54T1(3M54K1 for container variant) - subsonic AShM , tested in 2012 from project 11661K "Dagestan",
currently not purchased by Russian Navy ,can be used from torpedo tubes,missile have radar ARGS-54 with range 65km, according to Rear Admiral Sergei Alekminsky have range 375km (export version ,3M54E1 have range 300km)

3M14E/3M14 - "russian tomahawk" , have range 1400km nonnuclear (according to Admiral Victor Chirkov), or
2500km in nuclear version (according to Rear Admiral Sergei Alekminsky), missile have INS and active radar head ARGS-14 with radar range 20km , nuclear version pass trials in 2012 , nonnuclear version in 2013 (export version, 3M14E, have range 300km and obviously there is no export nuclear version [:)], almost , according to "Saturn" they sell to India 200 TRDD-50MT (without pylon known as 37-01) wich is same engine that used in 3M-14 and sell license to produce these engines,so it is very interesting question what engine installed on "Nirbhay" missile)

91RE1/91RU - submarine launched antisub weapon, started trials on project 671RTMK "Obninsk" this year("Obninsk" receive upgrade to 533mm TT, so this submarine can launch Kalibr missiles and UGST torpedoes) according to Deputy Head of foreign economic activity of OKB "Novator" Valery Pantyukhin have range 50km (or ,from other source,

As for Nakhimov ,dont worry , there is Admiral Chirkov interview where he said about 80 UKSK cells,also there is state contract for installation of UKSK on Nakhimov,and with surfased state contract number 31502510738 about purchase of 5P-28 (aka TK-28) OECM/DECM system for Nakhimov we currently dont know only two thing about Nakhimov upgrade :
1. what will be installed in "Kinzhal"s place ?
2. people from OAO "KBP" (creators of "Kortik" and "Pantsir") insist that 3M87-1F from Nakhimov upgrade programm is naval "Pantsir" ,not upgraded Kortik-M (3M87-1) is this true? we will see

Maybe at some point you guys could revisit the message log. Doesn't have to be for this iteration, but at some point in the future. It's huge (see below), even when there is only one message in the log. How about populating it from the bottom and increasing height as more messages come in? Or giving them a limited display time? As it is now, I'm constantly clearing the log just to get that huge chunk of my screen back.

I haven't played Command in about a month, so maybe this is me forgetting what the message window was like, but it's a constant distraction. I run Command on a laptop at 1920x1080, so it's not really an option for me to separate out the message window.

The semi-transparent canvas for the message log is optional. (Game Options)

I think he's asking if the messages could start from the bottom of the screen rather than where it starts now?

You can run it in a separate window even with one monitor. That is how I typically use it.

Yeah, I like having it, I just don't like that it's so big and the messages start at the top and work their way down. It'd be much nicer (IMHO) if they began at the bottom, and the box grows steadily taller (up to a point) as things get reported. Small to large message window.

I tried that. I constantly miss messages when I do. Unless you're using them in two windows, which I'm honestly not willing to do.

I am not sure how you are missing messages in a separate window...it stays on top doesn't it? And it is sizeable at the same time. It also has the filter option which is great.

Thanks! Have updated the Onyx range to 450km, 240nm. Suspect it is actually longer but will use that until further notice.

Have also updated the Kalibr family and added a few new weapons to the database. Will add the upgraded Victor SSN and update the Kirov ECM sets next.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Because of changes in the way that the program checks for a valid license, if you have not actually installed Command on your current OS (e.g. re-installed the OS after installing Command or copied the entire installation folder from another PC etc.) you may get an "insufficient license" warning when attempting to load a scenario. If this is the case then re-install Command. If the problem persists after a proper installation please contact us immediately through PM/email. Thanks!
