Issues with Windows 10?

Issues with Windows 10?

Hey folks, im round my fathers who runs windows 10 and have logged into my steam on his computer to show him this game.

When loading its not showing the options to start game/settings etc, if i try to run either on native or the higher resolutions. If i set the resolution low and the game to windowed then it will run in a small window with the buttons showing but this isnt ideal and something is amiss.

Do all windows 10 users get this problem? Its a 24 inch Benq monitor and the card is an amd 7700.

Well I do not play via Steam, but no I do not get these problems at all in Windows 10.

Probably the DPI Scaling Level is set to higher than 100%.
