German convoys and manpower

Hi,

It seems that in the latest version the germans get 100 manpower points from every convoy that reaches it's destination. Is this working as intended?

When a feature of a game is changed it is done through programing. Where the size of a convoy has been changed (reprogramed) does not mean the MP had changed automatically, it has to also be changed through programing, so yes the MP as it is was done intentionally.
