Newbie Commander question

Newbie Commander question

I can not seem to find any document that discusses commanders. Am I missing it somehow in the manual? Any help appreciated!

Commanders came after the release of ATG so they are not in the manual and there isn't much in the way of documentation. That said officers are rather easy to get a grasp of their function.
