Is the DxDiag from after the driver update? Because it says 2/21/2006, which is very old.

The game needs a 512 Mb DirectX 9 video card, your graphic card has only 128MB. This can be an issue.
However I would try installing the last ATI drivers for your graphic card. They are old (2010) but not as old as 2006.

How to get a DxDiag report file:

1. Click on "START" (on Windows 8 press “Windows key” and the “R” key at the same time)
2. Click "run" (skip this step on Windows 8 )
3. Type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. Check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. Click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice

We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.

add the exe of the game to your Anti Virus and firewall program, to make sure check the logs of these to see if it was one if any of them which was to blame.

That usually means a 3rd party program, like an Internet security programs, is or could be interfering with the game or update installation.

run the game from a admin account and use full admin permissions.

please make sure all game pre requisite are installed with the game, even if you think or fully know there are already installed, it will only over write, and it may be that you have a older or newer version of these where as the game in question may need a certain version.

please make sure you are running the latest game version and have up to date drivers installed on your pc,

If you have the original version. So you'll need to update it from the Internet.
Please note that you'll only need the last update, as the updates are comprehensive. (not needed with steam)

Dedicated Memory: 32 MB and using shared memory as well when the total system memory isn't great for a win 10 machine

Processor: Intel(R) Atom(TM) CPU Z3735F @ 1.33GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.3GHz

Memory: 2048MB RAM in total with 1gb shared to vga is cutting it tight, and the cpu is to slow imo as well
Processor: Pentium 4 or equivalent
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: 512 Mb DirectX 9 video card with shader model 2.0

the developer needs to fully see the spec and comment as i'm not sure if this will run it or not.

for me the LINX10 will be of little use for gaming, unless really low end stuff i'm sorry to say, but could be wrong but the developer needs to advice on what is the bare min spec for it, as for me it's touch and go as your on the limits with this tablet

well if you had said that at the start i may have said uninstall and re install, as i'm only going by the error logs you post, as you also have a TW game error in there as well so suspected that it was hardware not software error as per codes[:(]
