Need to re-download game help

Hello,
I just reciently got a new PC and would like to know how do I get a download link to install GWTC to this PC?

Do I contact the Matrix help desk or Primus?

BTW
I dont use the email address I had when I was provided the link.
I do have the email with the CD Key though
