Please help me determine why my TOE unit isn't getting units

I created a TOE unit.



I created three new units and set them to that TOE type.



The HQ has the SFTs.



I waited a turn, but the SFTs were not sent to the units.

On a previous turn two other units were set to another TOE type and received SFTs on the next turn.

I had a similiar problem once and found out that I had the "people" for the subfomrations set to the wrong people group so that SFTs would not go into the units because they didn't match what was in the TOE.

i also have this issue on a gigantic map. i have lots of leftover rail and land capacity from my supreme hq every turn and units are being supplied, but alot of my corps are not recieving any reinforcements

Make sure to try out the new public BETA as it fixes two TOE bugs.

- One with aircraft in TOEs that caused excessive oil consumption
- One with resources disabled causing an issue
